This website is operated by Bay Area Muslim Recreation (“Bamrec”), a California non-profit organization located at 445 Leigh Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95032. By using this site and registering for our programs, you agree to these terms.
Online registration is confirmed upon successful payment. Spots are not held until payment is complete. Receipts are sent to the email provided at registration.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize Bamrec to charge the stated amount to your provided payment method.
Cancellation policies vary by program. For BRC Summer Camp, cancellations requested more than 24 hours before a session start are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. For other programs, contact the relevant program team for the applicable policy.
By enrolling a child in a Bamrec program, you confirm that the emergency contact and medical information provided is accurate and current. You authorize Bamrec staff to contact emergency services if needed during program hours. You agree to respond promptly to pickup notifications.
Photos and video may be taken at Bamrec programs for use on our website and social media. If you wish to opt out, see our Privacy Policy.
Bamrec maintains general liability insurance and all required California child-care licensing. To the extent permitted by law, Bamrec is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from program participation.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered families. Continued use of the site or enrollment in programs after changes constitutes acceptance.
